I am Tamas Demeter.
I grew up in competitive sport. Fifteen years of it. The biggest lesson stayed the same: build the right system and it will carry you further than talent alone.
I took that into operations. Managed teams across 17 countries. Delivered projects worth over 5 million euros. Worked directly with CEOs on how their companies run.
Then I found automation and AI. And everything changed. The manual work I spent years organizing could run itself. The bottlenecks I spent months untangling could be prevented entirely.
Now I teach others how to do the same. Through workshops, coaching, and hands-on automation builds. Because the best system is the one your team understands and owns.
